My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the staff was eager to help, they struggled with training and capabilities, leading to numerous issues during my visit. The room I first received was unacceptable, and though the staff tried to rectify this, cleanliness and comfort were still lacking. The dining experience left much to be desired, and I had an unpleasant incident regarding missing personal property, which was not handled well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're getting an exceptional deal.
